For instance, if a customer wants to exchange an item, they would need to pay the return shipping and to ship the exchanged item back. We are able to send you a label that would get our top tier, wholesale shipping rates — negotiated and much cheaper — based on the original shipping fee, as well as the repeat outgoing fee, saving you money. This would be the easiest way to pay that to us.

Another example might be a delivery fee for local customers. This page simply exists as an easier way to collect a small amount than creating a PayPal invoice or having you insecurely email us a credit card number to our sales staff. It also keeps all actionable items in one place at our shipping desk, eliminating human or communication errors.

If this is for an exchange or an add-on to an existing order, please put your Order Number in the Order Notes at checkout so we can link it up to this fee. Sometimes people have two+ orders in the cue, so this helps avoid any confusion when we look up the order by name.
